About Our Doctors

Jonathon Rogers, D.M.D.

Dr. Jon Rogers attended the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine where he received the Pfizer Student Research Award and the Outstanding Student in Implant Dentistry Award. He has continued his education through thousands of hours of training, focusing on all aspects of dentistry but especially in dental implants, cosmetics, and complex cases. He trains other dentists throughout the country on implant dentistry and routinely lectures at dental meetings. He runs a dental podcast called The Dental Guys. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Academy of Osseointegration and has completed the Spear Workshop curriculum. Outside of work, Dr. Rogers loves traveling and all things outdoors and enjoys spending time with his three children.

Nathaniel Altman, D.D.S.

Dr. Nate served in the United States Marine Corps as an artilleryman where he deployed twice during his enlistment. After his military service, Dr. Nate graduated from East Tennessee State University and the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry where he pursued his passion for dentistry. He is a member of the American Dental Association, Tennessee Dental Association, and Academy of General Dentistry. Outside of the office, Dr. Nate enjoys playing golf, mountain biking, and spending time with his family, where he is a dedicated husband and father. Dr. Nate is married to his wife, Kelsi, and together they have two boys.

Business Office Staff

Samantha Rogers, Practice Manager

Samantha joined our team in 2017 and serves as the friendly face behind the scenes, ensuring both our team members and patients are well cared for. She is passionate about creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. “The best part of my job is the relationships I’ve built with our patients and watching those relationships grow over the years.” Samantha is dedicated to making every patient feel welcomed, valued, and supported throughout their visit.

She lives in Greeneville with her husband, Tim, and their three sons, Aiden, Noah, and Jonah. Outside of the office, Samantha enjoys spending quality time with her family, hiking, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be outdoors.

Taylor Weems, Financial Coordinator

Taylor Weems joined our team in December 2020 as our Financial Coordinator. She earned her Associate’s Degree in General Studies from Walters State Community College in 2017. She works hard to help patients understand their insurance benefits and works closely with the team to support smooth office operations and excellent patient care.

Taylor lives in Greeneville with her husband, Jerriott, their son, Gannon, and their two chocolate labs, Avery and Cedar. When she’s not at work, she’s usually behind a camera, working on a craft project, or out hunting. She loves staying busy and brings that same easy going, positive energy with her wherever she goes.

Melinda Metcalf, Treatment Care Coordinator

Melinda is a Registered Dental Assistant who graduated from the Walters State Community College Dental Assisting program. Melinda is energetic, caring, and compassionate, loves to help people and learn new things. She lives in Mosheim with her husband, Kevin, and her two children, Evan and Madison, and, not to be forgotten, her Schnauzer, Sophie. Melinda enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, doing home improvement projects, and watching football.

Clinical Staff

Delaney Hunter, Assistant

Delaney is a dedicated Registered Dental Assistant with seven years of experience, known for creating a positive and comfortable environment for every patient she serves. She takes pride in prioritizing patient comfort while bringing a fun, upbeat energy to the office—helping make each day a little brighter and full of sunshine.

Outside of work, Delaney spends most of her time with her family. She is a proud mom of two boys and loves sharing life with her husband. Together, they enjoy spending time outdoors with their kids, making memories, and embracing an active lifestyle. When she’s not outside, Delaney also enjoys shopping and appreciating life’s simple pleasures.

Delaney’s warm personality, professionalism, and passion for helping others make her a valued part of both her workplace and her community.

Hayley Crum, Assistant

Hayley is a Registered Dental Assistant who graduated from Walters State Community College with a degree in Pre-Dental Hygiene and earned her Dental Assisting license. She is passionate about helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of the office, Hayley enjoys traveling with her husband, spending time with family and friends, and making the most of every adventure. She is dedicated to creating a welcoming experience for every patient and loves being part of a team that helps improve the health and confidence of others.

Madison Brooks, Assistant

Madison is a Registered Dental Assistant and a native to Greene County. She graduated from the Walter State Dental Assisting program in 2022 and was awarded The Greenville Sun’s Best Of The Best Dental Assistant in 2025. She is passionate about her work and her family, faith centered heart shows in the care that she provides each day.

When she is not at work you can find her enjoying a much slower pace of life spending time on the farm with her husband Bj, canning all of the food she grows in her garden, antique shopping and any other ” granny hobby” you can think of. Madison’s favorite motto is “A simple life is a happy life”.

Emma Gosnell, Assistant

Emma is a Greeneville native and a dental assistant who graduated from Ross Medical School. She is naturally a little quieter, but she really enjoys getting to know her patients and building genuine connections with them. She does her best to help people feel comfortable and at ease during their visit.

Outside of work, she is usually at home working on small projects, planning her wedding, or going to truck shows with her fiancé. She also has a puppy named Havana, who has plenty of personality and keeps life interesting.

Hygiene Team

Kristen Coakley, Hygienist

Kristen moved to Greeneville, Tennessee in 2019 from Southern California and joined our team in 2023. She began her dental career in 2017 as a Registered Dental Assistant and then graduated in 2022 from the Dental Hygiene Program at East Tennessee State University where she was recognized with the Hu-Friedy Golden Scaler Award for her exemplary skills in clinical performance. Kristen’s warm personality and empathetic nature help to alleviate dental anxiety during visits and she always ensures that her patients get the best quality care. When she is not at work, her favorite place to be is at home with her husband, Grant, and their two fur babies, Odin and Archer.

Pheebe Williams, Hygienist

Pheebe was born and raised in Tennessee. She graduated from the Dental Hygiene Program at Lincoln Memorial University, where she received the Oroscopic Award for Excellence in Clinical Precision. She is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care and is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles in a comfortable and welcoming environment. She values building lasting relationships with her patients and strives to ensure every visit is a positive experience.

Outside of the office, she enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, and spending time with her nephew.
